Order Processing & Fulfilment
All orders are processed promptly and packed with care. Orders are shipped from the most suitable fulfilment location based on stock availability, your shipping address, and current freight and logistics conditions, so the fastest and most reliable route is chosen each time.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time varies by location and carrier, but most customers receive their orders within 8–12 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Subscription Orders
If you subscribe to DreamDust™, recurring orders are processed automatically so you never miss a night. Your subscription renews and ships on the same day each month based on the date of your first order (for example, an order placed on the 10th of a month renews and ships on the 10th of each following month).
